MA in cultural sociology and doctor of economic sciences in the field of management sciences. A graduate of the University of Lodz. Professional experience gained at work in many, diverse positions in Polish and international companies - Próchnik S.A, Carli Gry, Hospitality Marketing Concept, Sonoco. For many years she has been the president of the Social Trust Foundation - Publica Fides, specializing in the implementation of social projects. He works as a consultant, researcher, and evaluator with many Lodz institutions - including the Institute of New Technologies, the Lodz Center for Vocational Improvement of Teachers and Practical Education. Has a long-standing internship as an academic lecturer.
For many years, he has specialized in human capital management in the organization, development of professional competences, corporate social responsibility, age management and diversity management. He works on research and implementation projects in cooperation with the University of Lodz, SAN, Inwemer. For a dozen or so years she has also been working on consulting and training projects, also in the international environment dedicated to specialists and managerial staff. He is the author of numerous expert opinions, reports, training programs, as well as the organizer of Scientific Conferences devoted to Diversity Management.
