Leadership through Social Entrepreneurship

In our era, globalization has caused a huge gap between
the social classes in the societies we live in. Youth
unemployment has emerged as one of the most important
social problems in Europe. According to the European
Commission, there is now more than 5 million
unemployed young people in Europe.

The acquisition of transferable skills for young people is
necessary for them to be able to compete in the labor
market or to be socially incorporated into the societies
they live in. Transferable skills also mean employment
today. These skills are transferable from one job to
another. Young people begin to learn these skills in a
sport, home or school and then transfer them to future
careers. These skills can be used and developed in every
aspect of our lives.

Skills such as communication, teamwork, problemsolving,
learning to learn, ICT, listening, creativity,
leadership can be developed in a project using common
education methods. It is also a very important factor in
the sharing of good practices gained in European Mobility
programs.
